Where are we going?

Looking at the situation in the world, families and society in general I could not help feeling that something just is not the way it should be?
Would not the first and foremost wish every citizen of the earth should be that our children are growing up in peace, health, happiness and security? Should not every man and women want to grow old knowing that they left behind the earth their contribution that it can be more beautiful place to live? Do we as humanity do not want to protect generations to come, and this piece of land, which was given to us?
For me answer is clear YES! But, instead that we are doing that all we are doing contrary? Children are raised up (or leave them to someone else raises) to take care for them self, of theirs career, to strive to richness, or popular and that all without any moral or ethic borders? And that all to just “succeed”?
Mothers and fathers (and now more children) unhappy with their lives are seeking peace in alcohol, sex, drugs, money? It's more and more psychically sick people and more and more crime? People are becoming cold and more and more are angry ... Our earth is every day loses its resources and and is more and more poisoned?
So why do we as humans are destroying the food that feeds us and we teach our children to be alone and unhappy? We're doing it out of selfishness or ignorance? Or are we simply not caring?
I do not know but I know that the world that I knew when I was like a kid playing in the woods near my house is slowly disappearing ...

Did we forgot?

In times when we all burst ourself in the chest by talking about human rights, democracy and respect for every human being ... It seems to me just the opposite. Today, although we are in times of technological progress and globalization, I think that we are in times when we less and less respect an individual's right to live. Why? Today just like in past (but from different reasons) more and more people feel unaccepted, unnoticed and neglected ... Without the basic conditions of life, FREEDOM in every sense of that word. We are so concerned over the fight for HUMAN RIGHTS OF individuals and specific groups of people and that we completely forgotten the others groups or other individuals that are not in our sphere of interest... We forgot the right of the raped the girl, whose name is written in capital letters in the newspapers, but the name of her rapist stated in initials. We forgot totally blind by defending rights of the man who commits such a crime, that when he gets two years probation in jail where he is provided by salery, play station and all possible comfort, that he certainly not at all understanding this experienced as a punishment but as a reward, and also will probably do the crime again.

We forgot the children right for life and happiness that are  emotionally and psychologically devastated by their parents abusers because the kind of terror is still not considered a criminal offence, or it is almost impossible to prove.

We have forgotten that we respect and give the same rights for Christians and gays when they fighting for their opinion.

We have forgotten that every victim of terrorism is the same regardless of whether it comes from the Jews or the Palestinians, Ukrainians or Russians, Muslim or Christian ...

We forgot by sharing us on the left and right, liberal and conservative that human rights are not only for us, but also right of others that do not share our opinion.

We really forgot ...
